1. Is this a physical product that gets mailed to me? No, this is an instant digital download. As soon as you purchase, you’ll receive a link to access your 18-page Playbook. This means you can start planning in the next five minutes—no waiting for the postman and zero shipping waste!

2. How much “prep work” is actually involved? I’ve designed this to be as low-prep as possible. How much time it takes depends on which activities, decor ideas, menu items etc that you choose. BUT it will significantly reduce your pre-party-prep time. It’s all the magic with none of the midnight stress.

3. Do I need a fancy printer? Not at all! The Playbook is designed to be read primarily on your smartphone or tablet to save paper. There are only 4 optional pages to print (the Map, Clues and Name Game). You can print them on a home printer in black and white or color, or take the file to a local print shop.

4. What if I have kids of different ages attending? That’s the beauty of the Pirate theme! The Playbook includes adaptations for “Younger Crews” (Ages 3-6) and “Older Crews” (Ages 7-10). Whether they are toddlers following a picture scavenger hunt or older kids solving riddles, everyone stays engaged and excited.
