I use Stripe as my online payment system and rely on Stripe to keep your financial information secure. Your credit card information is not stored or captured at any time on this site or by me.
Reselling of boutique items
You agree that you are purchasing the Products for personal use only, and not for purposes of trade or business. If you wish to purchase Products for the purposes of trade or business, please contact me on [email protected].
Delivery
Timeframes for delivery of Product will vary depending upon the availability of Products, your address and the carrier. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond my reasonable control. .
Products will be your responsibility and risk from the time they are posted to the address you provide when ordering. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present to accept delivery. I will not be liable for any failure of postal delivery, delivery to the incorrect address (if it is the same address as the address that you provided when ordering) or any damage, loss or theft of Products at any time after they are posted by me.
It is your responsibility to check the Products upon delivery for any damage or shortages, which shall be communicated to me within 7 days of delivery in accordance with these terms.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you must contact [email protected] immediately. Orders that have been shipped, cannot be cancelled or amended.
Returns
Should a product not be as described or you are unhappy with a boutique item, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to discuss options.

All prices are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
